What is the best way to store a large quantity of wine for a little over a month?
It is for a wedding a month away, we do not have a wine cellar or storage space. We would have waited but the wine we wanted was on sale this week. would keeping it in a basement be good enough or should we store it somewhere cooler. The weather for the next couple of days is 80's and humid.
